Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development of the company’s comprehensive technology and business roadmap for 2026, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct forward-looking analyses to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Vision Execution: Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and board members, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
