Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap for quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Secure $2M+ in R&D grants and industry partnerships
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, CES)
- Mentor PhD researchers and startup founders
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP portfolios
- Report directly to CTO on tech disruption risks/opportunities
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Tech
- 8+ years in emerging tech leadership with 3+ patents
- Proven track record of commercializing research
- Expertise in NISQ computing frameworks and federated learning
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA grants
- Published in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
- Security clearance preferred
