- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and account details in our CRM software to maintain organized records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other remote staff members to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required—we provide full training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear accent.
- Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
