Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, system crashes, and security vulnerabilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system implementations
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of technical support experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts

- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
