Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Set up and maintain company-provided workstations and peripherals.
- Log and track all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve escalated technical problems.
- Ensure data security and adherence to company IT policies.
- Conduct remote training sessions for new employees regarding system usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- No prior experience requiredâwe provide full training.
- Strong interest in computer hardware, networking, and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation.
- Basic typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
