Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and update the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of all user inquiries.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new remote employees, configuring their workstations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking concepts.
