Responsibilities
- Provide remote customer onboarding and product training via video calls and documentation
- Proactively monitor client accounts to identify and resolve potential issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex client inquiries
- Develop and maintain client relationship strategies to drive retention
- Create and update knowledge base articles for self-service support
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Track key metrics and prepare weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service or support experience (internships welcome)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
