Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist new clients with account setup, onboarding, and navigating our digital platform.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell our premium service packages to existing clients.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience while working independently from home.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area or willing to relocate (Remote setup).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
