Your Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they feel confident and supported from day one.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and product-related inquiries via email and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system.

Qualifications
