Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and product questions for our client base.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our internal knowledge base systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Participate in daily training sessions and weekly team meetings to stay updated on product changes.
- Maintain a high standard of call quality and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must reside within the United States and be authorized to work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
