- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues and improve our support protocols.
- Continuous Learning: Attend virtual training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Setup: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
