What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, your daily activities will include:
Responsibilities

- Product Education: Educate customers on our services and identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with the wider support team to share best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to the product team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the Houston, TX metropolitan area.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers.
