Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for key stakeholders
- Present findings to non-technical leadership teams
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data manipulation tools
- Familiarity with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
