Responsibilities
- Collect & Clean Data: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy by removing duplicates and errors.
- Create Reports: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management using Excel and visualization tools.
- Assist in Analysis: Support senior analysts in identifying trends and patterns within large datasets.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and present findings clearly.
- Documentation: Document data processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure high data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
