Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and professional reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools to track performance metrics.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our company databases by performing regular audits and updates.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the remote team to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Present findings to management and non-technical team members in a way that is easy to understand and actionable.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist senior analysts with special projects and market research as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory; familiarity with SQL or Python is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data precision.
- Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home office environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts.
