Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input large volumes of raw data into company databases with high accuracy and speed.
- Analyze incoming data streams to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our New York and Chicago hubs via virtual communication tools.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Generate weekly performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for data management.
- Participate in daily remote team stand-ups and weekly training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
