Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and company data into our secure databases with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and cross-reference data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Organize, maintain, and digitize physical files and records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in generating weekly statistical reports and summaries.
- Communicate with team leads and other departments to clarify data requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
