Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and test new remote workstations and peripherals for incoming employees.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware connectivity and software issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all distributed IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup of virtual desktop infrastructure and remote access tools.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for the support team.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve remote support processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage) and operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software errors.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
