Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, printer errors, and application crashes for our diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our internal knowledge base and support documentation.
- Identify trends in technical issues and propose preventative solutions to the senior team.
- Conduct onboarding training for new clients to ensure they are comfortable with our platform.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States with a stable internet connection.
- Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills in a remote setting.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
