Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Document support cases using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges
- Conduct system updates and security patches remotely
- Train users on new software and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
