- Conduct remote training sessions with new clients to ensure they are comfortable using our services.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and improve internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and software updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high-quality communication standards in a fast-paced remote environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with experience navigating Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
