Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and system configurations
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Document all support cases and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct user training on new systems and software applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively in remote environment
- Customer service mindset with patience for technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems
