Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for remote clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security protocols
- Document all interactions and solutions using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Assist in deploying and configuring cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure)
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issue resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
