Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems
- Document all support cases and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
