Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using troubleshooting methodologies
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical escalations
- Conduct remote system configurations and installations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
