- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Assist in the onboarding and setup of new employees' remote workstations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex network problems.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and software updates to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with Windows and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
