Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure seamless system operations.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Conduct basic system checks and maintenance to prevent future downtime.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
