Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- Equipment Management: Assist in the provisioning and configuration of remote workstations provided to new employees.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Communication: Clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
