Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Assist clients with software installations, account troubleshooting, and basic hardware questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical solutions and best practices.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team training sessions to stay current with company tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in Indianapolis office).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service recovery.
