Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings into written documents following style guides
- Meet daily productivity targets (15-20 audio hours per week)
- Utilize industry-standard software (ExpressScribe, Otter.ai) for playback and editing
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive content
- Participate in weekly quality assurance reviews with senior editors
- Self-manage workflow to meet deadlines without supervision
- Collaborate with team to resolve technical formatting challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional grammar skills
