Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Translate business requirements into engaging user experiences
- Participate in agile sprints and design critique sessions
- Maintain and iterate on design systems and component libraries
- Document design decisions and create user journey maps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3-5 completed UX projects
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
- Excellent visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive design practices
