The Role
In this Full Time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our client data. You will serve as the gatekeeper of information, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This is a critical role that supports our sales, operations, and finance departments across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure CRM systems with a focus on zero-error accuracy.
- Review and correct data discrepancies found in existing databases to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Transcribe handwritten documents and digital images into digital text formats.
- Generate and format weekly and monthly reports for management review using Microsoft Excel.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems to facilitate efficient document retrieval.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company data at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
