Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial and commercial equipment.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for clients via secure systems.
- Ensure all service work is documented accurately in our CRM and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Travel to client sites within Illinois for on-site inspections and installations as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of provided equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for onsite travel within Illinois).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
