Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot company-issued equipment for new hires.
- Technical Support: Resolve complex IT issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Ticket Management: Log and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in maintaining secure network connectivity and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN).
- User Training: Conduct training sessions on software usage and cybersecurity best practices.
- Remote Assistance: Provide remote support to employees across the US, including those in Fresno and Ohio regions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification (A+, Network+).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
