- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
