As a key member of our US-based remote team, you will ensure our clients experience seamless connectivity and technical stability. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the United States, with a focus on supporting clients in major hubs including Oakland, CA and Florida.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot company-issued hardware and software remotely.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat to US-based clients.
- Manage the lifecycle of remote workstations, including deployment and upgrades.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and hardware configurations in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Ensure all remote equipment meets company security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365 suite.
- Experience using remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
