In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our clients during critical weekend hours, ensuring business continuity and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone and remote desktop tools during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for remote employees.
- Manage the setup and deployment of company-provided equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical tickets and service requests.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with company security and IT policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space.
