Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate cross-departmental meetings, and prioritize conflicting schedules
- Handle confidential communications, draft professional correspondence, and filter high-volume emails
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and financial documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Implement organizational systems for digital files, databases, and project management tools
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis for strategic initiatives
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably in remote settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
