Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Manage complex calendars, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) with precision.
- Communication Hub: Handle email correspondence, screen and triage phone calls, and draft professional responses on behalf of executives.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing ongoing projects, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Content & Research: Conduct market research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management databases and client records accurately.
- Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media profiles, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Reliability: High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
