- Transcribe audio/video content with 98%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Utilize advanced transcription software and digital foot pedals efficiently
- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
- Research and clarify unfamiliar terminology through verified references
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, or similar tools
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Ability to self-manage deadlines in remote work environment
- Associate's degree in Medical/Legal Studies or related field preferred
- NC state residency required for in-person training sessions
