Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty industrial equipment at various client locations.
- Conduct thorough on-site diagnostics to identify mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues.
- Ensure all service work adheres to strict safety standards and local regulations.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in our digital management system.
- Collaborate with the central engineering team to troubleshoot complex equipment problems.
- Manage inventory of provided equipment and ensure all tools are accounted for after every shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to on-site staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or a related trade.
- Valid Class C Driverās License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or kneel for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
