Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and repair of networking equipment, routers, and modems.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues to clients in clear, non-technical language.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and service reports using company mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the central dispatch team to optimize service routes and schedules.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (CCNA, NCTI, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing) and computer hardware.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
