Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Manage CRM systems to track interactions and document case histories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvements and suggest automation solutions
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Support weekend/holiday shifts during peak seasons as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service or remote support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work between 8 AM - 8 PM CT (schedule negotiable)
