Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our CRM and database systems with high precision.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate and format reports based on entered data using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements for data handling workflows.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management software.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Must reside within the San Francisco Bay Area.
