- Customer Resolution: Assist users with technical inquiries, account issues, and product feedback through chat channels with speed and empathy.
- Content Moderation: Identify and flag inappropriate content, spam, or malicious activity to maintain a secure environment.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply company rules consistently and accurately, providing clear explanations to users regarding policy violations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track common user issues and trends to help improve our products and service protocols.
- Escalation Management: Recognize complex issues that require human intervention and route them to the appropriate department efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or content moderation.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to type at least 40-50 WPM.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using multiple software applications and CRM tools simultaneously.
- Internet Connection: A reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for this remote position.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot subtle errors or policy violations quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
