Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client success plans to achieve retention and growth targets
- Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance on product utilization
- Identify expansion opportunities through deep account analysis and relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated client issues
- Track and report key metrics including NPS, retention rates, and upsell performance
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Create and deliver quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI and strategic value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts remotely
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in high-growth tech or B2B SaaS environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
