- Transcribe medical/legal/corporate audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Utilize advanced transcription software and quality control tools
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF)
- Research and clarify complex terminology through reference materials
- Collaborate with editorial team for quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar transcription platforms
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (certification preferred)
