- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and emerging markets to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and operations to align long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Future-Proofing: Assess current infrastructure and organizational capabilities to identify gaps that must be addressed to meet future demands.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive leadership in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee a dedicated think-tank for experimental technologies, piloting concepts that may define our market position in 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
