Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate disruptive solutions for 2026 market shifts
- Conduct competitive intelligence scans across emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot execution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products and services
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications for future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
