Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
